I’m devastated to say that we have just received another positive PCR test within our camp. With COVID currently affecting members of our touring family we are concerned with any potential added risk posed by this news.
We are sorry to disappoint you guys - we were looking forward to the shows too. This last week has been extremely stressful and we hope you can understand we’re trying to make decisions with the safety of everyone involved - venue staff, fans and ourselves.
Please do not travel to the venue tonight for the event.
REFUND INFORMATION:
Refunds will be processed automatically for those who used credit cards and purchased online at centennicalconcerthall.com. This process will begin December 6th and may take up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. No action is required on your part if you bought online and your credit card is still valid/not expired.
If your card is no longer valid, or if you purchased in person at the box office, please contact the box office by phone at 204-949-3999 for your refund. Hours of operation and contact details are on our website.
Your refund will appear on your card statement as "Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation".
If your refund does not appear on your statement by December 13th, please contact our box office.
