These terms and conditions contain legal obligations. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this site.

DISCLAIMER
You expressly understand and agree that: (a) this site and any of the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and that this site makes no warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section "warranties") of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed, and (b) this site specifically makes no warranties that it or any of its services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this site or any of the services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.

SHOW PRODUCTION USE OF LIGHTING, STROBES, SOUND EFFECTS, SMELLS, IMAGES
You expressly understand and agree that no guarantee or warranty is made that a performance will be free of special effects that may be of concern for some attendees, such as the use of flashing or strobe lighting in certain theatrical productions, or to the nature of the visuals represented on stage as chosen by the artist being always applicable for all ages or all viewers.  It is is the responsibility of the attendee to inquire or ask about any concerns prior to attending the event, and it is understood by the buyer that individual artists and performers determine what is displayed during an event and how an event is presented, and that the venue and ticket seller are unable to control or may not be made aware of all elements in advance.  While best efforts are made to provide this info at time of purchase, some items may not be known until show day.  Please be aware and seek out any potential posted signage at an event for advisories and warnings and inquire on show night with staff at a performance if something may be of concern.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this site, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services or (d) attendance at an event listed for sale on this site.

OPENING ACTS / ON STAGE TALENT / LENGTH OF SHOW / START TIMES
Certain events may have guests or opening acts as a part of the event.   Opening acts are subject to change without notice and no refund will be available for a change to / addition of / removal of an opening act, or in the event of a multi-act festival, for a change to a schedule, act listing, or if acts are added / changed / or removed.    Participation by specific players or athletes is not guaranteed for any sporting event, nor is a performance by any specific actor/actress in any theatrical event.  Certain events, such as those based on television productions, may have artists that change show by show and we can not guarantee any specific actor or artist will appear on stage.  The members of any group or band is subject to change.  Exact cast of any particular event is always subject to change as individual members may be unable to perform due to circumstances out of our control.

Advertised start times of events are subject to change. Also, door opening and closing times are not indicative of the performance’s start or end time, or when an artist is scheduled to play or the length of the artist’s performance. These decisions are at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer and are subject to change.

LENGTH OF SHOW / QUALITY OF PRODUCTION
You expressly understand and agree that no guarantee or warranty is made of any kind in regards to the length of show or the quality of production.  Any listings of show content or marketing images are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  We have no control over, and accept no liability or responsibility for the content of any event we sell tickets for, nor do we take any responsibility for how or what an artist performs on stage as all creative control remains with the artist.   No refunds or exchanges will be given after an event has occurred for anything related to the quality or content of a performance so you must advise us immediately of any concerns before leaving the venue.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
You expressly understand and agree that once a ticket or item is purchased that most event providers do not allow any refunds, unless the event or item is unable to be fulfilled due to an event cancellation.   Ticket exchanges are the discretion of event providers and policies vary by client.   Any exchange or refund, if offered, must occur prior to the scheduled event time, except in the case of a postponement, where a refund/exchange deadline may be set, or cancellation, where a refund request must be made within 1 year of the initial event date.  Fees may apply in specific cases.    No refunds shall be provided in the cases of inclement weather or weather conditions when the event occurs as scheduled. You accept that no refunds shall be given if the route you would take to the venue is unavailable for any reason, or if any transportation method you were intending to use (such as cancelled or postponed airline flights) impact your ability to attend. Purchaser takes on all risks associated with travelling to the venue and making the determination on purchase on their ability to get to the venue for any reason.

CONDUCT / BEHAVIOUR
You expressly understand and agree that while attending events, you will be expected to conduct yourself in a polite, respectful manner towards all staff and patrons of the event.  Venue and event promoter reserve the right to eject anyone from the facility who is deemed disruptive, abusive, or is otherwise negatively impacting a performance, with no refund.   Egregious cases may result in a suspension or ban from the facility for extended time periods.

PRIVACY POLICY
Any data will collect is done so under our privacy policy and in compliance with CASL.  We and/or the event organizer may send you emails regarding your ticket purchase and your data will be shared with the event organizer for the purposes of fulfilling your ticket order / attendance at the event.  Example emails may include (but not limited to) ticket delivery, show reminders,VIP or other package information,  show updates (ie cancellation or postponement) or for other reasons where it is important to update you on certain information to allow you to attend the event properly.  Your data will also be shared with the credit card processor if a credit or debit card is used for the purpose of credit card authorization requirements.   If you choose to opt-in during customer account creation, we and the event organizer for events that you purchase may send you commercial emails providing additional details, offers, upcoming event notices, presale offers, or similar items. 




SERVICE FEES / FACILITY FEES / DELIVERY FEES / TICKET PRICES / INVENTORY / PRESALES
Our event partners and venues determine all ticket pricing, availability, and other decisions in regards to shows that are listed on our website. This can include deciding what tickets to make available to the public, how they will be sold, presales, special packages, or other options.   We do not control the advertising done by our clients in regards to listing of prices or if they include fees. Your ticket purchase could have the following fees added to it:  1) A facility fee / venue fee, which is added to the price of each ticket by the venue and set by the venue, with proceeds from the fee paid to the venue 2) A service fee, which is set by event in conjunction with the promoter and venue, and covers the infrastructure cost of ticketing, venue, and promoter costs 3) Delivery Fees, should you choose certain methods of delivery the costs of that delivery plus processing will be charged and 4) Order Processing or Handling fees, which may apply to your order depending on the sales channel used for the purchase.  Pricing may be different depending on where/how an item is purchased.

CANCELLED AND POSTPONED EVENTS
If an event is postponed, but not cancelled, you may request a refund on your order by e-mailing us or contacting our box office, but you must do so before any refund deadline set by the promoter.  If an event is posponed with out announcing a new date, refunds may be requested until a new date is announced, at which time refund requests will only be accepted until the refund deadline.   If an event is cancelled outright, with no intent to reschedule, then refunds on internet orders will be processed automatically back to the ORIGINAL card used on the order.  Refunds will be for the full amount of the order, less any fees for expedited services over and above the tickets (such as, but not limited to, charges for expedited delivery like courier services, where the tickets had already been couriered, add-on's such as refund protection, donations, or other similar items, etc).  

PERFORMANCE INTERRUPTIONS, EVACUATIONS, OR STOPPAGES
The safety of our guests, artists, and staff is always our top priority. In the unlikely event that a performance is interrupted or stopped due to technical issues, power outages, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders must follow all venue instructions, including any direction to temporarily evacuate the building. During an evacuation, please remain calm and patient—clearance and re-entry may take time, and updates will be provided as soon as possible. If the venue is cleared to safely resume the event, the performance will continue as planned. Tickets remain valid, and no refunds or compensation will be provided if the performance resumes, including for patrons who choose not to return after an evacuation or interruption.

If a performance is stopped and does not resume but is deemed substantially completed by the event organizer or venue, no refund or compensation will be issued. If a performance is not resumed and was not deemed completed, any partial refund, exchange, or other accommodation will be determined at the sole discretion of the event organizer. The venue and ticketing provider make no guarantee of any refund or other compensation in such cases or what options may be provided to the ticket buyer.

TICKET RESALE
We do not partner with any resale site.   Ticket resales sites that exist typically over-charge or do not provide valid tickets.  We strongly advise against using them.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders placed from outside of Canada will be limited to box office pick up on show night only.  The purchaser must present the credit card used and photo identification to pickup.  No transfers of name or ownership, and no third party pickup will be allowed.  Do not place the order if you do not accept these restrictions.  

VENUE AND EVENT POLICIES
You understand and agree that venue and event policies may apply, which may include age restrictions, security policies, pandemic restrictions, refund or exchange policies, inclement weather, accessibility, and/or delivery/pickup restrictions, and that those conditions may be posted at the event or on the event or venue website.  Policies may include a required search to be able to enter the facility.   Some items are restricted from the facility, including weapons, items deemed to impact the enjoyment of the event by others, food, beverages, or any other item deemed inadmissable by venue management.

There may be entry or use restrictions. Please read all notifications and information regarding the event you plan to attend. We are not responsible if you or any guests are refused admission because of a failure or inability to comply with entry or use restrictions (e.g., no proof of minimum age, failure to comply with public health measures). 

You are subject to search. You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain Event Organizer Rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation: firearms, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), and containers.

Events are public and you may be recorded or photographed. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to us, the Event Organizer(s), and our partners, licensees, and assigns (including but not limited to our brand and media partners) to use your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during, or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner (whether edited, cropped, altered, or combined with other elements or effects), in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, including marketing materials, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf. You agree that you will not have any claim, including claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity, arising out of any use in accordance with the terms of this paragraph.

PROMOTION CODES
Promotion offers not valid on prior purchased tickets and may not be combined with any other offer. All sales final on promotion offers. No exchanges or refunds. Offer may apply to select seating. Not all seats are discounted. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Dates, times, prices, and cast subject to change without notice. Offer may be revoked without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars and additional fees may apply to your purchase. Promotional codes may not be retroactively applied to past orders.

PROTECT YOURSELF
Always ensure you are buying your tickets from the official partner of any venue.  We don't want to turn you away on event night, but tickets purchased from third party sites (such as resale sites) may not be valid or real and may be priced higher then tickets on the official partner website.  We are only able to help people who have purchased directly from an authorized partner website as we don't have any information about your purchase if you do it somewhere else, so be safe and triple check that the website you are on is the real thing!  Some website names are designed to look similar to the venue.  If in doubt, phone us or the venue to find the official link.

SEATING OBSTRUCTIONS / LIMITED VIEWS / PARTIAL VIEWS
Every effort is made to label seats that may have a sight or sound restriction so that the buyer may make an informed choice upon purchase.  No refund or exchange for a sight or sound restriction will be given for a seat in which was labelled with a warning about that restriction.  However, some production elements may not be known at the time of sale.   If you experience an issue with your seat restricting your view or ability to see the performance, you must inform our staff immediately for relocation options.  Absolutely no compensation, refund, or exchange will occur after the event has passed; staying in your seat and watching the performance without advising us constitutes your acceptance of the view and terminates any ability to request further changes.    Some seats may have safety railing or other physical elements that may impede your view if your line of sight is from a specific height and any warnings about the view on those seats are based on customer feedback received to us.  You may experience that seat differently then others have and thus our warnings may not apply to you or a situation that is acceptable to others may not be acceptable to you.  In those situations, you must inform us immediatly upon discovering the issue for relocation options; once the show has occurred no refund or exchange is possible.

HEALTH POLICIES
Your Tickets and your admission to the Event are subject to all safety and health policies put in place by the Event Organizer, which include the Fan Health Promise set forth below. You acknowledge that due to the evolving nature of any health procedures or policies, the Event Organizer may continue to develop and update these policies in the intervening time between your purchase and the Event date. By purchasing Tickets, you acknowledge and agree that you will comply with such policies and your attendance at the Event is conditioned on such compliance. If your admission to the Event is denied or revoked because you have willfully failed or refused to comply with any such safety and health policies of the Event Organizer, you will not be eligible for a refund.  You understand that government orders may apply certain entry policies to an event, but that the Event Organizer may also determine additional entry policies that you must agree to in order to attend the event.

Fan Health Promise
Stay-at-home: You agree that neither you, nor anyone in your party, will attend any Event if any one or more of the following is true on the day of such Event:

• If you are required to isolate because of any current health orders that apply to you
• You have (or any person in your party has) been placed under quarantine because you have travelled to any state, province, or international territory identified by federal or applicable local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine restrictions that apply to you or members of your party
